The Western Visayas are remote islands with very little infrastructure and hard to get to. If you dont bring it, its not there. Once you made it there you will be rewarded with deserted prime spots with flat turquoise water, white sands and tropical scenery. Main wind season (Amihan season) goes from November to March.
