Lo Stagnone is a nice place to learn and improve your style. The spot is one of the most windy in Italy, with flat and shallow water (but if you want you can reach easily by car or by water a spot with chop or very nice wave).
The temperature is really nice all over the year, it's really an all-year-nong spot ridable in any season.
You can get here easily (and cheap) flying with RyanAir to Trapani Birgi airport.

In july and august the spot is very crowded as you can launch just from one spot. In other periods of the year you can launch from where you want (directly in the low water) and there aren't many people. In thie spot there's just one rule: be carefull and respect others.
