Fly to Maiquetia International airport then take another flight to Valencia s airport or you can rent a car an drive from maiquetia to valencia its a 3 hours drive.
Once in valencia you have to go to Guataparos neighborhood trhu the avenida cuatricentenario, very easy to get there ask for directions

it is thermal winds from the dry season in Venezuela, always starts to pick up arround noon , at two o clock usually from 16 to 25 knots blowing thru the afternoon untill sunset.
The wind is a little gusty but some days could get very steady.
its not a place for beginners.
