Perth has better spots...

Although this place gets all the talk in magazines and websites it's my least fav place in Perth to kite. The school dominates the beach and doesn't leave much room for the general public. The school tries to run the beach and expect some patronising looks from their staff as you access the beach when they should be watching their student who just about took out 3 other kiters.
I think the beach is too narrow for a school. It doesn't allow for a buffer zone around newbies.
Plenty of parking, but everyone still parks on the road/verge access to the beach when 10 steps further away are actual carbays!
Showers and some grass are great for cleaning and packing down gear.
