Nicargua

Due to a record setting rainfall season here in central america, Lake Nicaragua currently is lacking any kind of beach which is a bit of a problem for setting up. Water is actully hugging the beach front restaurant patio's. I found a small amount of dirt / sand at San Jorge beach to set-up. The wind was blowing onshore so it was possible to set up inbetween the curious kids and the piles of garbage. I must admit having to walk between dirty diapers while setting up my lines was not the nicest of experiences but once your on the water you forget about all that. The thrill of being the only one on the water with a growing captive audience far outweighs the challenges of getting there.
