Hi, I would like input where KBer's retire or drop-out in this region. All info I find is for schools and getaways. there are tons of surf locations ,so is there a cheap,warm,locals friendly place for us.thanx for any replies. SBoutcast@mail.com

Hi Bruno, guess you are looking for information about Kite Bugging in Central America or Caribbeans, right?

I'm not much into Kite Buggy, but i've always seen people practicing it on super wide beaches at low tide in France or England. I've never found such width in beaches at the Caribbeans (i've been to Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe and Martinique, ..). In Mexico maybe, as Playa del Carmen was quite wide. Been there 12 years ago though, guess there are much more beach resorts and hotels now.
